The Draft Charity Tribunal Rules 2007

The Ministry of Justice has published a consultation paper for draft Charity Tribunal Rules, which are included in the paper. The Tribunal is established by section 2A of the Charities Act 1993 (inserted by section 8 of the Charities Act 2006) and provides a mechanism for keeping decisions of the new style Commission under review. The consultation will end on 7th November 2007.
