The European Court of Human Rights, sitting as a Grand Chamber; 30th August 2007

The court overturned the decision of a Chamber of the Court and decided that, on the facts, the Limitation Act 1980 did not violate Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. Find the judgment here.
