Burden v United Kingdom

Having lost in the ECHR ( there is a post about the decision here), the Misses Burden are taking their case to the Grand Chamber. There was a hearing on 12th September 2007 and it was revealed that they are now seeking only a declaration that their convention rights have been breached, together with costs and expenses.
