Guernsey proposed tax changes

Laila Arstall, of Carey Olsen, has written about the proposed new tax changes in Guernsey, due to be discussed by the States of Guernsey on Wednesday.
There are two articles: one gives a general commentary on what the changes will mean for businesses and individuals and the other outlines in a little more detail what the actual changes to the legislation will be.
