New Square Chambers have published their January 2008 newsletter. It contains an article by Nicholas Le Poidevin and Watson Pringle on the Money Laundering Regulations 2007, which entered into force during December 2007; and an article by James Thom QC and Shelley White on the European Court of Human Right’s latest decision in Pye v United Kingdom, which re-considers whether rules on adverse possession are consistent with the European Convention on Human Rights.
