I have been sent a copy of the email newsletter published by Bermudian international firm Appleby.
It contains some interesting articles, including a case note on the Jersey decision in Basel Trust Corporation (Channel Islands) Limited v Ghirlandina Anstalt and Others [2008] JRC013. This case involved money laundering and fiduciary aspects of the appointment of protectors and trustees.
