Remittance basis: draft Government amendments

Amendments to the Finance Bill have been published. They modify the provisions in Schedule 7 to Finance Bill 2008 relating to Share Incentive Plans and Save As You Earn option schemes.
They respond to representations from employers by reinstating the position within the rules that employers do not have to offer these schemes to employees who are resident but not ordinarily resident.
