The UK and Bermuda (”the Territories”) entered into an arrangement on 4th December 2007 on the exchange of information with respect to taxes. The arrangement was entered into by an exchange of letters between Meg Munn MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, for the UK, and Paula A Cox, JP, MP, Deputy Premier and Minister of Finance, for Bermuda.
